Key point : Prices, credits and limits displayed in the interface or pricing page apply at the time of order.
1. Purpose
These terms govern sales of Kicklinks services: subscriptions, credits, options, certificates and paid features.
2. Services concerned
Kicklinks provides certification, verification, attachment, status generation and proof-document production services. Operational details may depend on the selected offer.
3. Prices and offers
Prices are shown on the pricing page or order interface. They may change for future orders. Applicable taxes are displayed where required.
4. Order and payment
The order is confirmed when payment is accepted. Payments are processed by Stripe. Kicklinks does not store bank card numbers.
5. Credits and subscriptions
Credits or quotas are consumed according to actions performed. Ending a subscription stops active benefits but does not automatically delete proof history or already generated documents.
Unused credit packs may be submitted for a refund or withdrawal request where applicable. Once one or more credits have been consumed to produce or process a proof, the pack is considered started and is not eligible for the standard refund, except for a technical error, an unused duplicate order, an applicable legal obligation, or an exceptional accounting decision after manual review.
7. Withdrawal right
Where a withdrawal right applies, it is exercised under legal rules. Immediate performance of a digital service may limit this right when requested and acknowledged by the user.
8. Billing and support
Invoices or receipts are provided when required. For an order question, contact Kicklinks.
9. Liability
Kicklinks provides technical and factual elements. The service does not guarantee the decision of a third party, bank, insurer, platform or court.
10. Termination
Termination or expiry of an offer ends active benefits. Legal, accounting, security and proof obligations may justify controlled retention of certain elements.
11. Applicable law
These terms are governed by French law unless mandatory provisions provide otherwise.
